We are turning the corner! Your patience during this unusual weather event is very much appreciated. There is good news to report:
- Phones: The phone system, Internet and email are all back online and working again. For some, hold times may be longer than usual. Feel free to use the "call back" option. Your place in line is held, and we will automatically call you back.
- Shipping: UPS confirmed they are back to normal shipping. They did have shipments that typically go by air put on trucks, so there still may be some delays especially in and out of Dallas, TX.
- Hoya Laboratory Closures: Road conditions are still poor and employee safety is our primary concern.
- Dallas (Lab and Vision Ease distribution center) - Thursday 2/18
- Jackson, MS - Thursday and Friday 2/18 & 19
