This unusually severe weather continues to play havoc with phones, travel, and power across many parts of the country. As always, our top priority is the safety and wellbeing of our laboratory and service staff. Here are three things you need to know:
- Phones: Our phones have been impacted system-wide. At this time there is no customer service available as we are unable to make or receive phone calls. If you cannot get through by phone try to email us, though again, please be patient as there are many limitations with Internet service.
- Shipping: UPS, our primary shipping partner, has confirmed that we should expect delays. Pick ups and deliveries from UPS are limited, therefore minimal work will be able to leave the labs at this time.
- Hoya Laboratory Closures:
- Dallas (Lab, as well as Hoya/Seiko & Vision Ease distribution centers) - Tuesday and Wednesday 2/16 & 2/17
- Jackson, MS - Tuesday 2/16/21
- Portland, OR, Tuesday 2/16/21
- New Orleans - Tuesday 2/16/21
- Mobile, AL - Tuesday 2/16/21
- Lewiston, ME - Tuesday 2/16/21
Hartford, CT and Atlanta, GA may close early today.
