As a team-leader and motivational speaker, Michael doubled optical sales over his 7 years with one of the largest ophthalmology practices in the state of Arizona. He then went on to manage an independent optometric practice and is now a Customer Development Manager for Hoya, an independent ophthalmic lab. Michael is a motivational educator who has extensive optical and practice building knowledge.
